5000kg Ratchet Straps

Designed to offer reliable load restraint in a range of haulage and distribution scenarios, our 5 tonne ratchet straps are made of heavy-duty 50mm polyester webbing that's capable of securing medium to heavy loads. Our product range includes standard ratchet lashing systems as well as geared ergo ratchet straps, plus a ratchet-and-tail component for compatible two-part assemblies.

NOTE: These ratchet straps have a minimum breaking force (BFmin) of 5000 decanewtons, which is roughly equivalent to 5000kg (5 tonnes) of force. BFmin is the smallest force that will cause a strap to break under test conditions when the strap is brand new. This is NOT the same thing as lashing capacity. 5 Tonne Ratchet Straps from Arinsdale Ltd

Made by Arinsdale Ltd, these 5000kg BFmin Tensys® ratchet straps are ideal for restraining cargo on flatbed, dropside and curtain-sided vehicles and trailers. These robust 50mm lashing systems are available with a variety of different endfittings to accommodate different anchor points.

Please note that while the terms 5000kg ratchet straps and 5 tonne ratchet straps are commonly used to refer to the products listed above, they are more accurately called 5000daN ratchet straps because minimum breaking force (or BFmin for short) measures a dynamic force, not a static weight. 1 decanewton is roughly equivalent to 1 kilogram, which is why 5000daN and 5000kg may be used more or less interchangeably when talking about lashing straps.
