Ratchet Straps with Claw Hooks
Claw hooks are the most popular endfitting for lashing straps. The double-prong hook can be securely connected to a load ring or other compatible anchor point in order to keep loads firmly restrained during transportation.
A claw hook ratchet strap should only ever be attached to suitable anchor points. Do not attach claw hooks directly to a vehicle chassis; for this application, use a chassis hook ratchet strap instead.
The hooks should also never be joined together to create a makeshift loop. Use a proper endless ratchet strap if you want the strap to wrap all the way around the load.
