- Set of 4 - Hi-Viz Professional Wheel Straps for Car Transporter, Recovery Vehicle, Trailer
- 4 pack set of 50mm wide car transporter ratchet tensioner straps in 3-part format, terminating in claw hooks with safety catches. High visibility yellow polyester webbing with 4 reflective ID stripes. Manufactured and labelled in accordance with BS EN12195-2:2001.
- Ratings for lashings are shown in daN (decanewtons) as a unit of force. 1 daN = 1.0kg. These lashings have a breaking force of 4000daN (kg) and a Lashing Capacity of 2000daN (kg). 4.075 metre overall length 3850mm main tension strap, 225mm fixed length end (3ply). The diverter strap is 50cm (19.7’’) long. Regular Road cars and vans have wheels that are between 14’’ and 19’’ in diameter plus the profile of the tyre sidewall.
- Ideal for securing cars and vans when being transported. The 3-part format allows the claw hooks to be connected to suitable lashing point points (max 18mm in diameter), then the main tension strap routes through the diverter, around the back of the wheel, through the opposite side of the diverter, then into the hand ratchet for tensioning. The diverter is completely soft, so no metal fittings to scratch or mark expensive alloy wheels.
- Insert the webbing into the ratchet, pull up the slack, then operate the handle back and forth to apply ratchet tension. When secure closed the handle. These straps are ideal for securing cars & vans on trucks and trailers for transportation. It’s recommended that a strap is fitted to each of the vehicles four wheels.

- Ratings and length shown on sew in label in accordance with product standard BS EN12195-2:2001. Powerful ratchet can apply a force of 250daN (kg) when a hand force of 50daN (kg) is applied to the handle. Webbing has a break strength of 6000daN (kg) when new and unsewn. The elongation (stretch) at the Lashing Capacity of 2000daN (kg) is <7%
- All steel parts are zinc plated for corrosion protection. Ratchet handle measures 175mm long, 90mm wide and 55mm high. Inside width of the handle grip is 65mm
- Safety catches on the claw hooks prevent inadvertent release from the lashing point
- ID stripes reflect light sources in low light/dark conditions
- Ratchet handle and release trigger feature rubber mouldings for both grip and comfort
